The Goblins Are Coming!

1264238_430217010428143_525279733_oHalloween is just around the corner.  We’ve found some fun ideas, both for decorating and for food at your Halloween celebration 🙂Over the next couple of weeks we have some really cute ideas to share.  We think these ideas speak for themselves and are easy enough for anyone to do.

Cut holes in your pumpkins and “stuff” them with toy mice or rats

Stack pumpkins, spray them with glossy black paint, cut out almond shaped eyes and glue on black felt ears.  OOOhhhh! You’ve now got a collection of black cats!

1173705_414370468679464_615818878_nUse yellow or orange peppers, hollow them out, and using a sharp knife, cut a face resembling a jack o’lantern then fill them for stuffed peppers!

Hollow out mini pumpkins,  add black pipe cleaners crimped to look like legs, and place a votive candle in the cut out center.  Spider votives!

487996_424901127626398_756322609_nUsing reflective paper, cut “eyes” and attach them to your tree.  Someone is watching you!

Adding chocolate chips to bananas cut in half, and celery sticks to the top of peeled tangerines and you’ve got edible “ghosts” and “pumpkins”.

Carve a scary face in your pumpkin and add long nails…scary!

Cut faces into your sliced cheese before adding them to your burgers.
