Leftovers 411 – Meatloaf Another Way
You can have it hot OR you can have it cold!If you’ve ever read our post on meatloaf….A Story of Meatloaf And Butterscotch Pudding… you know how I feel about meatloaf for dinner.
But that is only half of the story. While I have never liked meatloaf hot for dinner, I do sometimes enjoy a meatloaf sandwich. I can’t explain it, but there is something about cold meatloaf I actually like! Leftover meatloaf served on white bread as a cold sandwich….this just could lead to more abundant living!

I don’t really like meatloaf but I might actually enjoy as a sandwich in between to pieces of bread:)
