Fun With Pumpkins

Not all pumpkins have to be scary or even necessarily carved in a traditional way. This pumpkin owl is just one of several ideas we have for you today as a way to use this ever popular icon of the season….the pumpkin πŸ™‚

1. Owl Pumpkin
This pumpkin on our cover page appears to have been spray painted white before being carved to look like that wise old owl. You could of course leave him orange or, instead of spray painting, just buy a white pumpkin. Better still why not buy several of different sizes and colors and carve a whole family of owls.

2. Black Cat Pumpkin
A can of glossy black spray paint and your set. Here is a clever way to use a pumpkin to represent that other Halloween icon, the black cat.
