Countdown!

St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle

With the royal wedding happening on 19 May, 2018, we are certainly counting down!  A few etiquette tips:

Watch Your Hemline
Don’t Wear White

“Female guests should not wear white, a rule that spans across the pond.” – Myka Meier  “Pippa must be the exception as Catherine Middleton, the bride, obviously wanted Pippa in this dress.” – Two Chums

Now’s the Time for Formal Attire
“Don’t wear huge heels. It’s not practical as well as not being etiquette. Victoria Beckham wore huge stilettos. Now, they were going into Westminster Abbey—a church floor is not a smooth floor.” – William Hanson, etiquette tutor  “We gather she did OK in these shoes as we did not hear of any incidents!” – Two Chums.
Bare Legs Are Not Okay
Cover Your Head
Pay Attention to the Time of Day
If There’s a Dress Code, It Isn’t Just a Suggestion
Your Two Chums are very excited about the upcoming celebration and look forward to soaking in every detail.  Rest assured we will share all we know!
