Aunt Sandy’s Lemon Pie
This is a classic. If you like lemon meringue pie, you can’t do better than this one! For as long as we can remember our chum, Sandy, (who also happens to be Robin’s cousin), has been making the yummiest lemon meringue pie. Even people who don’t like lemon, or meringue, love this pie. So you can imagine what a hit it is with people who do like them! The recipe is from a very old version of The Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook.
