Rainbow Unicorns – Making Summer Fun

What can be more fun in the summer than popsicles, or in this case, yogurt pops.  Who wouldn’t be delighted to be offered one of these on a hot afternoon?  These are so easy to make with these fun silicone molds from Williams-Sonoma.  There is an endless variety of flavors and kinds of popsicles that you can try, and no end to the fun you can have with these.  Maybe you could even make the unicorn’s horn a different color or flavor than his body.
