Mango Honey Salsa

It’s a little bit hot, it’s a little bit sweet, and everything tastes a little bit better with Mango Honey Salsa.

You can make this in a hurry and use it as a snack or dip with tortilla or pita chips. You can use it to top some grilled salmon, skirt steak or chicken. You can even add some black beans and use it as a side salad. Give this one a try….you’ll be glad you did 🙂

Mango Honey Salsa
1 large ripe mango,peeled and chopped
1⁄4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1⁄4 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 small jalapeno pepper,seeded and minced

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
