Happy Canada Day!

Yes, today is Canada’s national holiday! We certainly could not let it go by without wishing Canada a very happy birthday!

On July 1, 1867, with passage of the British North America Act, the Dominion of Canada was officially established as a self-governing entity within the British Empire.

Each year, across the country, villages, towns and cities celebrate in their own way. This year, it is a quieter celebration, for several reasons, but no doubt Canadians across the land are reflecting on their wide and wonderful country.
