Halloween Makeup Magic

Sometimes a costume can be so much easier than you think.  Some black pants and a black shirt and a great eyeliner pen may be all you need to create your Halloween look this year 🙂  These are so easy to do and very inexpensive since all you need to buy is a good eyeliner pen.  This video from Popsugar.com will show you how.  We are giving this costume idea to you admittedly a little early so you will have plenty of time to practice.
