Savvy Secret – Cornstarch To The Rescue

One of our favorite things to post on Two Chums, is a really good Savvy Secret.  These helpful tidbits that come from a variety of sources….Facebook, Instagram, magazine articles and our favorite, our chums….make everyone’s lives a little easier and certainly more abundant.  We love the one we will share today!Do you have a knot in something that just seems to defy being untangled?  Well try sprinkling it with cornstarch.  Rub it in a bit and the cornstarch will reduce the friction between the fibers and make releasing the knot so much easier.

And here’s another savvy secret for you….pick up a box (or several boxes) of cornstarch at the Dollar Store in your local area.  No need to pay more than necessary.  In the coming days we will have many more ways to use this pantry staple.  So be sure you have plenty on hand 🙂
