Rise and Shine – Breakfast In Seconds

IMG_3513We all know breakfast is an important start to the day.  But finding time to make and eat a healthy and satisfying breakfast can be a challenge.Want something for breakfast that is sweet, crunchy, creamy, chewy, healthy, fast, fresh AND delicious? We got something for you to try to today that is all that.

Fruit And Yogurt Delight

This couldn’t be any easier.  Start with a small handful of walnuts (crunchy).  Add some dried cranberries (chewy).  Next drop in some toasted coconut flakes (sweet).  Add some blueberries (fresh).  Now stir it all together with a couple of tablespoons of some honey Greek yogurt (creamy).  And there is it….Fast, Healthy and DELICIOUS in seconds.

Play with the combinations to find your favorite.If you don’t like walnuts use almonds or pecans.  Substitute strawberries for blueberries if you prefer.  Use raisins instead of cranberries.  Don’t like coconut….just leave it out.  The basic idea is some dried fruit, some fresh fruit, some kind of nut or seed, and yogurt.  Give this a try. A great breakfast can only make the day and our lives more joyful  and abundant:-)
