Hop, Hop, Yum!

We found this endearing idea on The Daily Meal…. 

…and thought of all of you.  Why not make this “bunny cake”?

Simply make a chocolate cake (or any cake that you might like) making sure that you bake two layers.  Use one layer for the face and from the second layer, cut the 2 ears (from the sides of the circle).  You will be left with a piece that looks lie a bow tie and there you have it.  Decorate you cake with jelly beans, m and m’s, red licorice and coconut for the fur, and it will be a hit!
