Boo!

No doubt you thought this was going to be a post about a ghost or something Halloween related…nope.  This is a post about Boo, a little dog who has  nearly 5 1/2 million ‘Likes’ on his Facebook page!Never heard of him?  Neither had I until a few weeks ago.  Boo goes with us everywhere.  My granddaughter, Sadie, first noticed Boo, the stuffed animal version that is, while she and my daughter Sara, were shopping at Nordstrom.  It was love at first site.  Sadie (or any of my grandchildren for that matter) is hardly lacking in stuffed animal toys, but Boo is different.  He has been dubbed “The Cutest Dog in the World”.  Before you shake your head or roll your eyes just look at him…he is adorable! The fact is this is a reversal of what  you might expect.  Boo is not just a stuffed animal that looks like a real dog…he does of course…but what makes Boo so amazing is that he is a real dog who looks like a stuffed toy!  He has a face that everyone loves.  He has a book that proclaims what you already know after seeing him…it’s entitled Boo: The Life of the World’s Cutest Dog. Sadie certainly didn’t know he had a Facebook page when she spotted him at Nordstrom.  All she knew was that he was a special and adorable little dog, albeit a stuffed toy. Her, then, 8 year old brother, Jeremy, was smitten immediately too and had to have one.  He is not normally inclined to want a toy his little sister likes…especially not a stuffed animal toy. All five of our grandchildren have been bitten by the Boo “bug”.  And the littlest ones who are only just turning 2 years old, are completely smitten with Boo.

But look at him….how cute can a dog be for goodness sake?  If you have a little person in your life, you might want to make a trip to Nordstrom or to Amazon (their price for Boo is better)  and see for yourself.  Bringing home Boo could see  you dubbed the “Most Popular Person”.  And he is very easy to care for…no feeding or walking necessary.  All this dog needs are hugs and loves and that is easy to do:)

Everyone has been telling me that I should get a dog. This may be the one! No food, no fleas, no walks, and too cute to resist. Thanks for the tip. Love you ladies, Sally
