In the middle of typing an e-mail on your iPhone and you decide that it would be quicker to call?

Just say “Call her” or “Call him”.

So long as the email address you were in the middle of typing a reply email to has an associated phone number saved in your iPhone, Siri knows who you mean, and dials the number for you, right from the Mail app!
