Some Things Bear Repeating – Banana Muffins

A few months ago we gave you the recipe for our Favorite Banana Muffins.  That is not just a name….Favorite Banana Muffins….it is truly what they are 🙂

I can honestly say that as often as I make Favorite Banana Muffins.…which is a lot….for all kinds of events and all different people…someone always says “These are SO good!  They are my FAVORITE muffins.”

The other day I decided to try something different when I made them.  Instead of dusting them with powdered sugar and serving them as muffins,
or topping them with butter cream icing and serving them as cupcakes,
I used a pastry bag with a large tip and piped a small bit of Butter Cream Cheese Icing into the top of the muffin/cupcake and then sprinkled them with powdered sugar.

They are perfect with morning coffee or with afternoon tea or as a snack before bed.  No matter when you eat them, I can guarantee these will be YOUR favorites too!
