Peppers – Boys or Girls?
Did you know that bell peppers have a gender? And that it might actually matter to you what they are!
Turns out that peppers do have a gender! And it matters because of how you use them for cooking and eating. Our chum Linda, enlightened us to this info on a FB post she made and we wanted to share it with you.
Here are some yummy ways we have given you in the past to use peppers. Use the “boy” peppers like this:
And “girl” peppers would be perfect with this delicious dip:
