Using a star cookie cutter, cut pieces of watermelon and press a blueberry or mini marshmallow into the center of each star.  Insert a skewer into each star so they can be eaten like a lollipop

Spread toast with cream cheese and cover with strawberry or raspberry jam.  Using banana slices, form the “white stripes” of the flag and place blueberries in the upper left corner for the “blue field” of the stars.  Perfect 4th of July breakfast 🙂

Use these ideas or let them inspire you to create some of your own.  No matter what else you serve at your 4th of July celebration, be sure and serve up a healthy helping of fun and gratitude for this great country we live in.  Here’s to a celebration full of love, joy and abundance in every way 🙂
