Shrimp in Lemon Butter
In 5 minutes with 5 simple ingredients you can have a delicious dinner on the table 🙂
We all need those quick and delicious meals we can make at a moment’s notice that our family will eat and enjoy. This is one of those meals you can count on to satisfy every time!

Lemon Butter Herb Shrimp

1 lb shrimp, either fresh or frozen, and preferably, wild caught
1 stick of butter
Juice from 1 lemon
1 package of Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 lb angel hair pasta

Boil a pot of water and add salt to the water.  Cook the pasta in the boiling water.  While it is cooking, melt butter in a skillet and squeeze lemon juice into the melted butter.  Add the shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with the packet of Good Seasons dressing mix.  Cook until the shrimp turns pink and is done.  As the shrimp is cooking the sauce of butter, lemon juice and Good Seasons will begin to thicken up slightly.  Drain the pasta and pour shrimp over the pasta, making sure you cover pasta in the sauce and top with shrimp.  Serve immediately with some crusty French bread to mop up every last drop of sauce.
